- 1973Celso Moreira Lopes founds Martinelli Auditores as an independent auditor.
Martinelli Auditores began its activities as an auditing company in 1973 and over these years, we have carried out audits and consultancy for companies of all sizes and market segments, with our client portfolio as our greatest asset.
- 1974The company becomes Audit Serviços de Auditoria, with Celso Moreira and Willian Kohler.
- 1977João Joaquim Martinelli takes over as general director, standing out for his focus on human relationships.
- 1998Inauguration of the Coronel Santiago Building, a milestone in the expansion.
- 1999Division between lawyers and auditors, with Nereu Martinelli taking charge.
- 2002Opening of the first branch in Criciúma.
- 2003Expansion with the São Paulo branch.
- 2004Expansion with the Florianópolis branch.
- 2010(March 9): Launch of the new headquarters in Joinville, still in use.
- 2014Adoption of cloud storage to optimize processes.
- 2017Update for OneDrive, aiming to modernize work.
- 2018Launch of the new brand.
- 2021Beginning of systems programming and use of robots.

Opening of 8 new units in the country and inauguration of Labs, a technology arm, in addition to the acquisition of the company CEON specialized in information security.
